Their Grandma's Wedding Ring
Grandma's wedding ring was enough for them both!
For this project, I split a 8mm wedding band into 2 pieces and created 2 asymmetrical curvy hearts.
Each 14k heart is 1" long and set with a 1/4ct diamond.
These keepsakes were created for Morande Jewelers in Tolland, CT.

Melt my Hearts
For this project, Michael had a client who wished to melt down some very sentimental jewelry and give it new life as a pair of memorial hearts. The first photo shows the original jewelry. Then it is shown after I poured the melted gold into an ingot. Finally, the last photo shows the two finished traditional hearts each set with a diamond and rhodium plated.

Her Dad's Wedding Ring
This diamond and sapphire infinity pendant started out as her dad's wedding ring. I melted the original 14k yellow band down, rolled the material out with the mill and pulled it through a round drawplate before bending it into its new shape. After polishing I applied rhodium plating to a portion of the pendant to give it a 2-tone finish.
This beautiful memory was created for Morande Jewelers in Tolland, CT.

Their Daughter's Jewelry
These symbols of infinite love were created using their daughter’s gold and sapphires. Her items were melted down, milled and drawn to make the 2mm wire I used to shape the keepsakes.
Thank you to Morande Jewelers in Tolland, CT for this very special commission
